Brassica rapa (subspecies chinensis)

A hardy annual that can withstand cold and heat. Grows to around 20cm and is great in stir fries and many Asian inspired dishes. Also the young tender leaves are great in any salad.
Pak Choi can be harvest after 1 month of growth.
Sow the seeds direct in soil at a depth of around 1cm
When – All seasons in Melbourne and most of Australia
Cultivation – Needs full sun and plenty of water but can tolerate some shade.
Spacing – Around 10cm between each plant.
