VEG Courses
For all short courses (of two days duration, or less):
- Full payment is required to secure a place.
- Transferring to other events: Seven days’ notice is required for a transfer to a different event (space permitting). This incurs no charge (other than the difference in event price, if any).
- Cancellation and refunds: If you have given us at least seven days’ notice we can cancel your place and refund your fee. All refunds will incur a $10 administration fee per booking. No refunds will be given for non-attendance under any circumstances. However, if you cannot attend, you are welcome to pass on your ticket to anyone who can attend in your place.
- Infants can come for free, but you must ask for permission to bring them, as it’s not appropriate on some courses.
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course we will give you at least 48 hours notice and (of course) a full refund.
- For the Edible Weeds Walks: we’ll cancel and refund you if there’s predicted extreme weather as outlined here. And kids can come but with the provisos here.
For all courses:
- (Especially relevant to Hotmail & Yahoo users!) It’s your responsibility to check your Spam folder to look for any course information that may have gone there incorrectly.
- If you’re booking an event for others as a gift, or for a group, it’s your responsibility as the booker to inform any attendees of the time and date of the event.
- For ‘earlybird’ rates, payment must be made before the earlybird cut off date, otherwise course price will be revised to the full fee.
For longer courses, including the Permaculture Design Certificate:
- Full payment or an agreed-to pre-payment is required to secure a place.
- Cancellations with more than fourteen days’ notice will be refunded minus a $100 fee.
- Cancellation with less than fourteen days’ notice are non-refundable.
- In the very unlikely event that the course is cancelled we will give you at least two weeks’ notice and a full refund.
