Join the wonderful Carolina Cordeiro from Malmsbury Kitchen Garden (amazing person, gardener, caterer for VEG PDCS and much more) to learn about stretching out the seasons by preserving your garden produce. Carolina will focus on the partnering with millions of tiny microbes to ferment your way towards enjoying garden produce the year around. Bring a jar to take home your very own home-made sauerkraut and possibly even kimchi.
