The Grapevine regular, Adam Grubb is now co-author of a new book, The Weed Forager’s Handbook, which casts new light on garden pests. As Adam explains to Kulja, many weeds are not only edible, but good for us, transforming that weed-ridden flowerbed from a lost cause to a nutrient-packed resource.
Note: you can eat clover (the image they chose for the podcast) but it’s not a particularly good one: hard to digest.
